What we collect
Your email address when you join the waitlist or reserve a product; your name and delivery details when you place an order or send a gift; and anonymous usage data that helps us improve the experience.
How we use it
To fulfil orders and reservations, deliver gifts you send, and — only if you opt in — send launch updates and occasional editorial. Every email includes a one-tap unsubscribe.
What we never do
We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never store payment card details on our servers — payments are processed by our payment partner under PCI-DSS standards.
Your rights
You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@ora.luxury. We respond within 30 days, usually much faster.
