Terms of Service

Reserving a product or joining the waitlist is free and places no obligation on you to purchase. Reservations grant early ordering access at launch; they do not guarantee stock indefinitely.

ORA gift cards carry their full face value, never expire, and are redeemable from launch day. The recipient’s 10% discount and complimentary delivery apply to the redeeming order. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

All prices are in Rwandan francs (RWF). We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch, at which point our 30-day satisfaction promise begins.

Please don’t misuse the site — no scraping, no attempting to access other customers’ data, no reselling gift codes. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
